Please note that we will be operating at a reduced capacity during November. Orders will be shipped three times a week and collection options will be limited.
Australia
All our deliveries within Australia are a flat rate of $10 using a road courier. Orders sent to Parcel lockers, PO Boxes and regional areas may be sent via Australia Post.
Please note that due to service issues, orders sent through Australia Post will face delays, please use a physical address whenever possible.
International
International deliveries are sent via courier or Australia Post, the shipping cost is calculated according to the order weight and destination country. Parcel carriers will vary between countries, final delivery may be completed by a courier or local postal service.
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States, please contact us to discuss shipping to other countries.
Click and Collect
Online customers have the option to collect their order from our studio.
This option can be selected at checkout and an email to info@ghostwares.com.au
will be required to arrange a pick up time.
Terms
We usually pack and ship items within two business days of receiving an order.
If there are any potential delays we will notify you as soon as possible and work
through a way of rectifying this in a timely manner.
We don’t include printed invoices in our deliveries.
Invoices are emailed to the customer when the order is fulfilled.
We endeavor to keep our online store up to date. In the unlikely event that an item
is purchased that is not in stock, we will notify you of this as soon as possible with information on either a refund or the production time to create the item.
International orders may be charged customs and duties by the destination country, these charges are payable by the customer and not Ghost Wares.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping at the discretion
of Ghost Wares.
Returns
Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.
We create handmade products and so variation in finish and form is inevitable.
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or not as described, bring this to our attention within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can make steps to either replace the item or refund the cost. Please contact info@ghostwares.com.au for details about returning the item.
